MTO means the product isn't constructed until they are ordered and is put together as soon as the order is placed.

Not quite, made to order items are created as soon as the order is placed. pre order items are new items that I not yet have the materials for, but you can prepay for. Once stocked you'll be the first to receive the item before they run out.

Majority of the items here are handmade by yours truly, from self sewn to self drawn made with love and care.

All items are handmade with care and may take some time till it is shipped out, especially if you ordered a MTO or custom item. Ready made items are shipped out right away. Pre orders are shipped out after the pre order date is finished

Yes, if it is a popular item I will do my best to restock. If there's something you'd like restocked feel free to let me know.

Currently I am starting with sizes S-L and can do sizes 4 to 20 for certain products but will add more sizes as the business develops.

The computer in which I store personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment.

Currently I am not accepting returns as everything in coco carousel is personally made by hand as soon as an order is placed.
